What should I do if I do not receive a confirmation e-mail when I create my visuReal portable account or change my password?

There are customers who do not receive a confirmation email when they have created the visuReal portable account or want to change their password. This prevents them from clicking on the link and activating the account.


This problem is related to the settings of the customer’s own firewall. Since every firewall is set differently and works differently, there is no standard solution.
